- As a student, you can work 20 hours during term time and full time during the holidays.
- It is better for you to choose accommodation on campus because of the benefits of living in or close to your place of study, such as easy access to university facilities and lower transport costs.
VISAS
As a Nigerian national you will need to obtain a student's visa before you can travel.
- Apply early at least eight weeks before you travel.
- Give full and honest answers to any question asked in the visa application form.
- Submit the right documents (all originals) when you submit your application to the embassy/high commission.

- Student questionnaire form
- Acceptance Letter from Institution
- Certificates of result for which the offer is made
- Letter of sponsor from parent/guardian
- Valuecard loaded with the exact visa fee
- Evidence of your sponsor's financial position for example at least six months bank statement or pay slips, financial position for example at least six months, share certificates etc
- Submit as many documents as possible to show that your sponsor will be able to pay your fees and meet your accommodation and living expenses.
